You are right, We have recently had the honor of receiving this great athlete in our facilities and being able to organize together with him a tasting led by technical personnel of the Sierra de Cádiz Protected Designation of Origin with our best EVOOs where we have been able to verify in situ the quality of the oils produced in the area.
