The Denomination of Origin Sierra de Cádiz oil is a different extra virgin olive, with own identity. From mountain olive groves, our olive growers preserve the most traditional way of cultivation.
It comes from the Sierra de Cádiz, production area protected by the Denomination of Origin of the Sierra de Cádiz, covering the municipalities of Olvera, Setenil, Alháquime Tower, The Gastor, Zahara de la Sierra, Algodonales, Alcala Del Valle, Pruna, Algámitas and Coripe.
The privileged geographical situation in which our olive tree is found not only translates into an extra virgin of the highest quality but also has very high levels of phenolic compounds, that determine the healthy properties of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
