On Tuesday 14 September at El Berrueco Gastro a presentation of Sierra de Cádiz oils with
Lola Ortega Albarrán, Responsible Technician for Quality of the Sierra de Cádiz PDO.
There was also a culinary demonstration by Carmen Tamayo Guerrero placeholder image, Chef de cuisine at Restaurante del Carmen in Prado del Rey, Winner of the First Prize Chef Sierra de Cádiz 2021 in the Innovation category.
